Beautiful beachfront accommodation situated on the Esplanade at Surfers Paradise. One and two-bedroom, spacious fully self-contained apartments with full kitchen, full laundry with beach and ocean views. Very handy to shops, supermarkets, transport to theme parks, night markets and ideal for those with no car. At the Sands has low tariffs and the best location for guests. The apartments have kitchen, lounge, bedroom and bathroom, balcony and heated pool in winter.
The attraction is the location. We are 2 minutes from Cavill Avenue and between Cavill Avenue and Elkhorn Avenue on the Esplanade - north of McDonalds corner. In the heart of Surfers Paradise as well as across the Esplanade from the famous Surfers Paradise beach - with flags and lifesavers for swimming. At the Sands is also centrally located between the two largest shopping centres on the Gold Coast, Pacific Fair at Broadbeach and Australia Fair at Southport.

At the Sands Holiday Apartments does not accept cancellation or modifications for bookings made with Rates to go. Refunds are not available.

- All flights into Coolangatta re met by Gold Coast Tourist Shuttle. At the Sands is situated on the Esplanade beachfront in Surfers Paradise. 3 buildings north of Cavill Avenue McDonalds corner and just south of Elkhorn Avenue.
